Price was competitive though was disappointed that my 20% discount was not applied and that I now have to wait for a refund. Joel, my technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. I didn't feel "nicked and dimed" which is appreciated. I wish I had moved an ottoman in my bedroom and a set of dog stairs so that they could have been cleaned as well---oh well, hopefully next time. I am pleased by the service and Joel is a wonderful representative for your company.

The tech. was polite and did a great job on getting out the stains.

The company van did not inspire confidence. The exterior had faded logos and an overall bad appearance. The van also leaked quite a bit. If the customer is expected to pay an environmental fee then, the vehicle should contain the liquids and not leak and stain the driveway.

I was not impressed with service. First our technician showed up an hour late, then he rushed through the job, not cleaning our bedroom thoroughly. I was very unsatisfied with service.

Tech was awesome...very friendly and professional, and knowledgeable. My goal was to get rid of dog urine smells. Unfortunately it did not work. It is better, but certainly not gone as I was expecting, especially for the amount of money I paid.

I like the guarantee. Disappointed that the full scale pet treatment is no longer offered. Backing, replace padding, clean and seal foundation/subflooring, but still a good product.

The water stain on my sofa is larger than when you came. I'd really like for someone to return and try to fix this! It's awful!

Technician was pleasant and professional. Except for a couple of small spots the carpet looks and feels good. They sent someone back to take care of the few spots. Only thing I did not like was that it took overnight to dry and I didn't realize the process would make my carpets so wet.
