The techs who have come here always have a good attitude and want to make my carpets look as good as possible. I have always been pleased with the results and this week was no exception.
The carpets were cleaned thoroughly. We were impressed with how nice they looked.

Not sure what happened because I have used Zero Rez many times. This time the technician had some problem with the machine - after it was supposedly fixed, when the carpet dried it has brown streaks in it that make it look like it was rinsed with dirty water. Please come back out and fix it.

Justin and his partner were prompt, professional, and thorough. They were able to remove stains that other companies couldn't. Price was excellent.
Spots on various carpets remain. Took a bottle of carpet spot cleaner and removed a couple of them so I don't think they are anything stained permanently.
I like that the cleaning ingredient is water.
I had an issue with cat urine. I called zerorez because of your ad about the extraction method & eliminating the odor, but the odor is pretty much the same. So I'm not real happy that I paid $290 and still have the odor.

No residue and always feel like my carpet is clean. The technicians are always good but the technicians on Monday, were the best that I have had cleaning my carpet and used a large fan to help with drying process. During all of the times I have had carpet cleaned by Zerorez, this is the first time the fan was used and did make a difference in the drying time.
