professional no chemicals everything good plus shows up on time
The Gentlemen Fabien that cleans the Carpet is an expert but he is so polite and courteous as well. He is excellent at Customer Service and very helpful with tips about the cleaning. We have used this cleaning service twice and have been lucky enough to get Fabien. Excellent cleaning for carpet and tile!
Knowing that the carpets aren't left with a lot of soap and chemicals, and is almost dry when you are done cleaning .

We heard about Zerorez on WRR and were impressed with what we heard. We've had our rather elderly carpeting cleaned many times, and this is far and away the best job ever. We love the idea that there's no residue left to collect more dirt. The man who did it was courteous and professional and careful. We are happy customers who will be repeat customers.

1. It would be great if I wouldn't have to request a return visit to remove stains not completely removed
2. Twice now I have had burnt grass next to curb after visit. And prior to the second appointment/ treatment I informed the tech about how it had happened before
Don't leave dirty spots in carpet, and black marks on wood, without explaining.
