I always have good luck with the techs you send out. They're very nice and explain everything clearly. I don't think my carpets could get any cleaner!
No chemicals
First, technician said stains would not come out, I insisted that he goes over them once more time, and they all came out easily. It happens to all rooms, all over the house. It's was a hassle.

The carpet looks and feels great
The Workmen that came out were very informative on what they were doing at every stage. Showing me and telling me what was happening. The process was quick and thorough. The dirt that was in my carpet was disgusting. I was glad to get it all out of my house. I had a few pet areas that they recommended be treated and I would have loved to but I felt the cost was extremely high. That would be my only complaint, otherwise I was super pleased with your people and services.
No soap. Gentleman was very polite and prompt.
