The first 3 rooms were done great but the 4th room, which had the least of dirt and stains looked as if it was not done. You can make it right by doing this room again. I had extra treatment on one room due to pet urination so I know that he was tired by the time he otnto the last room but I paid almost $400 for this service.
The technician was very friendly and professional. Also, my carpets look great!

Zerorez showed up when they said that they would and the individual was neatly groomed and dressed. We were amazed by the results in the three rooms we had cleaned. We will have them back to clean all the rooms next time.
To get an idea of what was there he used a black light and we used it again after he was done. We have three large dogs and he was able to remove all of the spots from the carpet.
There was no smell and we were able to walk on it almost immediately which was a nice switch from the previous cleaning company we had used.

Technician did a good job
Carpet looks soft and smells clean after the cleaning. Special attention was given to an area which had water/mud stains from flooding. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The techs (Dominic and Jeff) were very efficient. Job well done. I have referred Zerorez numerous times and plan to use them in the future.

The job ended up costing me almost $500 for 3 rooms. A lot more than I expected since $33.00 per room is advertised. I paid extra to get some pet stains out. After drying, the rug looks awful. There are visible streaks in all 3 rooms, the edges, where the rug meets the tile, show exactly where he stopped cleaning the rug and the pet stain smell is back. Also in one of the rooms, midway, the rug changes from a lighter to a darker shade. I could have rented a machine and done myself for a lot less and better results.
I called and made an appointment to fix this. During the call I was given the option of Friday 8-10 or 10-12. I selected 10-12. Never got the conformation of the time so I call on Friday at 9:30. Was told he'd be here between 4 & 6. So now I am spending my whole day waiting. I wouldn't have taken off the whole day if I knew he was coming so late. I asked them to send someone else for the job. Let's see if that happens. At this point I'd prefer to get my money back and forget about the rug cleaning.
This is not at all the experience I was expecting!
I only got one room cleaned with the pet treatment and it was $117. Too much. I know u have a minimum but I was charged $39 for the room instead of $33. Plus $60, plus tax. Just a little too much for me, plus they did the exact same thing that my other cleaner does and charged $60 for it.
My carpets look great and the young man who did the work was wonderful. The only thing I was disappointed in was the chair that I had cleaned. My chair didn't change in appearance after the cleaning. I probably wouldn't have any furniture done again. That felt like wasted money. But I would have my carpets cleaned again by zerorez. The carpet looks like new.
Too expensive ($212) for a Very Small space ! This is a rent house and your company cleaned our carpets at our house prior to this which was 2K sq ft
The guy didn't move any furniture on his own under 50 lbs , besides a coffee table that I asked him to please move. He tried to talk me into letting him clean Around the coffee table. This is a rent house and I understand the carpet is shot, but $212 was way too much !
Refund of half at the least

The people who have come out are hard workers, want to do a good job and respectful.
Carpet tech was very professional, and explained all expenses up front. He was honest and told me that I could just stop the cleaning if I wasn't totally satisfied after the first room. I am very happy with the results.
I was somewhat disappointed in how clean my carpets were after the cleaning. It is still very evident where the traffic area was.
This was the second time to use Zerorez. We were very pleased the first time. Not so much this time. We have never had pets and the carpet has been vacuumed weekly.
Justin was very courteous and respectful. I give him a 10 for these. But, he failed to attempt to remove spots in den and dining area more than just doing the pretreat. We made sure the carpet was completely clear of any furniture or other items. Also, the carpet had been thoroughly vacuumed twice before he arrived.
Additionally, the carpet didn't have an appealing clean smell. It smelled like the water he used was dirty from a previous job.

No chemicals
The gentleman that came out was very friendly. He answered questions and told me what he was going as he did it. Both of my toddlers were home at the time and instead of seeking peeved or irritated at them he interacted with them. It was refreshing to have someone so genuine in my
Home.
For the price, I was expecting a bit better results. Serviceman was really nice and got right to his work. Although, what I expected was a bit better as far as stains. Paying an extra $60 per room for the stains, in one room it was really not worth the price. Stains were still there. I was not really that impressed with the Jody/Rebecca praises of you.
