What I like about zerorez is their commitment to their customer. If they see a need that I might want to take advantage of they simply present what they offer in a way that is informative but not pushy. We very much appreciate that while they are here they are not trying to upsell us. They are alway polite and friendly and truly seem to enjoy the value of the service they are performing.

I was very impressed at how my carpets looked after being cleaned - like new! The technician, Fred, was very friendly, polite and professional! He explained the process and I really like that only water is used for the cleaning. He was very thorough and did a fantastic job!

The pet odor was not removed from the area I pointed out as being the source. I wish he would have recommended doing the deep cleaning all the way to the matting. He did do the $60 pet treatment in every room.

I had a red Kool-Aid stain on my carpet that no other company was able to clean. The Zerorez technician was able to clean it, seemingly with very little effort. I have and will continue to recommend Zerorez to everyone.
