Very clean and looks clean. Very hot water and suction used to get a better clean . Less time to dry due to the suction and getting deep within the carpet fibers. Carpet will get even cleaner with regular cleanings due to no residue left behind. I recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants good clean carpet with no stains or residue left behind. Great job!

I don't know if your process is better than competition, i.e. does it clean better, last longer, etc. However, I am a devoted Zerorez customer because of your superior customer service and the professionalism of your technicians. Your CSRs are cheerful, informed about cost, discounts, services and always follow up re. appointment timing. Josh (didn't get his last name)is a real pro. He explained what he was going to do, what results I could expect, how long it would take and got to work. He was friendly and professional. I will request him when I need work again.
Friendly tech that came out. However, cost did not match with person on the phone. you all need to be more descriptive on the pet treatments.
I found that the claim of "zero residue" was not at all the case. My tile floors
became very slippery and I hand washed them several times to get rid of the residue.
Your technician, Michael was excellent. He arrived on time did a great job of cleaning
and the carpets look terrific. The product, however, is not that great. I have not had
this experience with Dalworth and Stanley Steamer.
They guys that came to the house were very warm and friendly and knowledgable. My tile floor looked amazing! They did a great job!

I like that you all do not use any harsh soaps that would cause residue in the carpet. You all have been very cooperative with my requests as well. This particular time the carpets dried fast which I appreciated. Perhaps he took his time more to extract more water as he went across the carpet. Sometimes I don't think they get all the water they put into the carpet up, going too fast. What goes in, should all come back out with the dirt too!

Quick cleaning process! They were running late but called several times with updates on arrival. Carpets 10 years old and look like new!
The process Zerorez uses to clean carpets is clean and very easy on carpets. Usually we clean our carpets with a Rug Doctor, but from now on we will call Zerorez. Our technician did a great job and we are very satisfied with the outcome.
