Spot treatment should be included in the price for cleaning the carpets. It seemed very pricy for carpet cleaning. Also, the price for a hallway was ridiculous. Almost as much as an entire room! I will recommend, but will mention the price so others are prepared. Our technician was very polite .

My carpet is cleaner than it was . However it is not clean. I ran my hand on the damp carpet an I could still smell the dirt.
