I scheduled the rooms for $33 and the 100 square ft of tile special I heard on KLTY and the tile was cleaned. I don't know why it wasn't done. My wife took off work early to be home for the cleaning and we didn't get the service that was agreed

Mike who was the one that came out in lieu of the original tech who was to come out was great. He took his time in cleaning the carpet & tile & did a wonderful job. We were very pleased with the results. We will continue to use Zerorez.

I think the prices are fair and the product works great on my carpets. I like the cleanliness of the product.
That the person who is cleaning can tell the difference between pain and gum. Also that all removable spots or area that need more attention to be cleaned without customer having to point it out that it was missed or noticing it after your person has left the house. Also bring their own water to drink and not ask home owner. There needs to be someway not to have home owners doors left wide open letting insects insect.
Have zerorez to clean my carpet is like sending my home 'for a teeth" cleaning....There are no smells after the service tech leaves...just fresh air...

Prices are still high, even with the sales. I know this would be the first concern people had
low key, non stress and my carpets look lush clean and new. It was dry on a couple of hours, the Zerorez associate was polite and truly concerned for me and my carpets. It was my second experience and both exceeded expectations. The grandaughter asked if she could sleep on the carpet.
I loved the way you came back out to my house to fix some issues and the tech took time to answer my questions.
Called when they were on their way so I miss a minimal amount of work.
