Your representative could not clean many stains of different origins in two of our upstairs rooms and did not do a good job on other rooms. as. Far as I'm concerned the total job was unsatisfactory since our stairwell looked no better after service than it did before. Additionally, our agreement before the representative began cleaning was that if the stains were not removed, there would be a substantial reduction in the price that was quoted befor work began. That didn't happen. My position on instances like this is that I don't argue or get angry with the worker on site. I just pay the bill and then mark the company off as someone I don't do business with anymore. I hope you have better luck with other customers in the future.
I like the current cleaning product that I am using in the bathroom. I like the
results of the carpet cleaning products that you use.
Most of all, a very nice guy who took care of my carpets. I want Eric Stoker every time! Second, I know he's not putting chemicals into my carpet.

The tech worked very hard to make sure the carpet was cleaned to the highest standard possible. Nobody has ever cleaned it that good.

I had a appointment with u 6/16/16, between 4and 6 pm. no show no call. I was leaving when a young man showed up at6/15 pm. I waited waited no call. Had to leave

Place moisture protectors under furniture legs. Move heavier pieces of furniture (others were moved by customer) to clean under and behind, then return with protector pads under legs.

I like the fact that you do not use harsh chemicals. Also, your representative was prompt and showed up on time ready to work. Durnell was amazing and did a really fine job. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Zerorez and Durnell without hesitation.
Stick to what was agreed to on the phone, explain pricing of additional treatments when additional to is suggested.
I was so pleased that the grease spots were removed from my carpets that I was unable to get out. My carpets look fresh and clean again. The technician that came to my home was very friendly and professional.
They clean the carpet thoroughly, and leave it looking almost new. When they have to come back to retreat a spot, they are glad to do it, and their next treatment pretty well takes care of it.
You call a day in advance and call when you are on your way. You don't put chemicals in the carpet. The rep you sent was very knowledgeable and courteous.
