How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We paid a lot of $$ for the microseal, and we keep noticing that stains DO NOT puddle on top or clean up as easily as we were told.
We have had someone out 2 more times since the original job was done.
The stains haven't come out.
Very disappointed in the expensive micro seal.

Hector was very friendly and answered all my questions! Carpets look amazing! Three years of living on them with four pets and they were well past due for a cleaning!

My carpet is old but your system didn't remove any stains. Probably will not use your service again in the future. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. No complaints on that.

I like that you don't use chemicals, but what I liked most was Eric Stoker. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the process, company and how professional he was. He speaks highly of your company and it's clear customer service is his top priority. I am a member of an online "moms" group in Murphy and made a comment of my wonderful experience and highly recommended your company and especially Eric.

Your technician EDWIN GARZA did a outstanding job. He was on time, explained what and how he would procede, charges,fees. Removed ink stain from my office rug tht had been there for over 12 years. If I still had my company I would hire him. He is a great asset for your company.
