The green part of it and your technicians were very fast and efficient.
The floor was supposed to dry in 4-6 hours, but the next morning it was still damp. This means that the dirty water was not suctioned out enough. The gentleman worked hard, I do not blame him. I blame the faulty equipment he was given. He finished at 1:30 pm, but it did not completely dry until 11:00 am the next day. Very disappointed.
Chris walked me through each step of what he would be doing, and he kept working on my very difficult pet stain until it was gone. I would recommend Chris and Zerorez very highly!
My carpet has never been so clean. What a difference Zerorez has made. I have already begun to tell my friends about Zerorez!

Friendly and good customer service.
We have used your services quite a few times and have always been very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of the technicians. This most recent visit to clean air ducts was no exception...Joseph was very thorough and explained the need for cleaning the dryer ductwork which was not vented correctly in the attic. We felt the extra expense was worth removing the fire hazard.

I like that your products are non-toxic so I don't worry about putting my children at risk in order to have clean carpeting. Also I am always impressed with the people who come to clean my home. The technician was excellent in showing me the process involed in how Zeroex cleans carpet and upholstery. Very impressed with their technique. Very reasonably priced and didn't pressure sell extras, informed though. No sticky residue left and carpet and upholstery turned out looking clean and fresh.

carpet looked great when it was wet but when it dried I have large dark brown sports on my light beige carpet. I called and left a message this morning 6/26/16 as soon as I saw the condition of my carpet. I am anxious to see what your company will do about this.

On my invoice it said I received a free tile cleaning. This is t accurate. Didn't even know about it until I received an email with the invoice.

On time, quick, efficient service
The guy who came out to clean was very nice and respectful. My only complaint is that I still see spots on the rug in several areas. Not sure if any actual pretreatment was done in these areas before general cleaning. Would like someone to come out and work a little more on these areas. Everything else looks great!
