Lower the cost for tile cleaning
(1) Need to provide copy of credit card receipt. (2) Need to clean dirty spot in dining room. (3) Need to call window of appointment day before and call arrival time shortly before arrival, and then be on time.

He made sure to address my concerns and explained everything clearly. Our carpet had not been professionally cleaned for over 2 years, and yet he was able to get all of the stains out.
