HORRIBLE WORK DONE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE TO MY CARPETS. THERE ARE STILL REMOVABLE STAINS ON THE CARPET. I GREATLY, GREATLY REGRET EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU. UPON CALLING TO ADVISE THAT A SHAM JOB WAS DONE, A MERY GIRL FROM THE CARROLLTON OFFICE COULD CARE LESS. SHE WAS NEITHER LISTENING NOR WILLING TO HELP. WHEN ASKED OF THE CORPORATE OFFICE INFORMATION IN ORDER TO GET THIS MESS RESOLVED, INSTEAD OF EXPLAINING THAT SHE HAS A BOSS THIS CAN BE ESCALATED TO, SHE JUST COULDN'T BE BOTHERED. THE CORPORATE OFFICE GAVE ME THE NAME OF HOPKINS AND A NUMBER TO REACH HIM AS THEY DO NOT OWN THAT... REALLY? WHAT A JOKE! I CALLED THIS PERSON OVER AND OVER WITHOUT A RESPONSE. I LEFT HIM TWO VOICE MAILS AND IS YET TO HEAR BACK FROM HIM. I REALLY SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH SEARS AS I DO YEARLY. THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME AND DO A FAR GREATER JOB THEN YOU. I HAD ONLY WANTED TO TRY YOUR SERVICES AND IT HAS NOW COSTED ME MUCH MORE MONEY, ANGER AND HEADACHE THAN I EVER IMAGINED. I HAD TO PAY PEOPLE TO COME MOVE MY ENTIRE HOUSE TO HAVE THIS MESS OF A JOB THEN? I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON THIS. I WILL ALSO SHOW THE PICTURES TO THE STATION THAT ADVERTISE FOR YOU GUYS TO THINK BEFORE TELLING LIES ON AIR. I REFUSE TO HAVE YOU GUYS TOUCH ANYTHING OF MINE EVER AGAIN. I DEMAND THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE TO BE REVERSED IMMEDIATELY.

The cleaning was not as good as described by Jody Dean on kluv radio. I expected carpet to look like new. Yes, it is clean and does look better, but sorry I can not be your raving fan like Jody Dean.
The tech, Jimmy, was very courteous and professional. He did a great job, and our carpet looks great. We will use you again, and I will recommend you. I have posted a positive comment on my neughborhood's Facebook page.

The tech was friendly but spent the first on his phone while trying to work and got virtually nothing done. After that he finished the bulk of the work in half an hour.

Carpets in some areas do not look as clean as I thought they would as I can still see traffic patterns after 2 years of light use and good care.
The young man assigned to my home did an excellent job throughout the entire home. He willing explained the procedures of how he would methodically clean my carpets. All carpets were vacuumed forward and back, then he repeated the process going left to right. He explained that the Carpet fibers are typically twisted, and by going both directions it can be ensured that every part of the fiber has been reached. I needed that assurance because the new Owners and their Realtor were scheduled to perform a walk thru in my two story home the next day. He was efficient, expedited and professional. His firm also offer a additional discount on the spot when I shown my retired military identification card to verify my credit card when making the payment. Thereafter after receiving outstanding services Zerorez provided a generous $75.00 gift certificate to Estilo Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse!! Very classify restaurant, food, beverage and services, absolutely exquisite!! Thank you Zerorez.
First of all when the technician finished his work the carpets looked new. He did a great job of cleaning them. However within 24 hours the pet stains started reappearing on the carpet and the odor as well. I'm not sure what can be done if anything. I have been spot cleaning with water and a wet vac. The odor is not quite as bad but is still there. Once again he did a great job of making the carpets look new again. I don't know why the stains surfaced again.
