Time rep was knowledgable about his carpet care and thorough in his services

The quick availability of service and the courtesy, professionalism of the technician was outstanding.

I was advised that the technicians would move anything up to 50 pounds. But this did not happen. they actually made me slide a bed over myself when I ask them to please clean the whole room. They just stood there and let me push the bed over by myself. It would have Ben nice if they would have offered me a little assistance, after all I am a women.

The guy that came out to do our floors did not want to work! He tried to tell me that I would not get the free 100 sq ft tile cleaning and he scratched our laminate floors by moving one of our tables. He ended up doing the free tile clean and after he was done with the free tile clean out tile still looked dirty. His attitude throughout the service was poor. This experience was not like our prior experience with Zerorez. Not sure that we will be back.

Your billing system has a bug and my payment couldnt be completed while the tech was here. I paid $180 extra for pet treatment but one room stinks still.

The cleaners were very professional and very knoeledgeable. They completed the job beautifully.

Zerorez always does a great job! The only issue is the small insects (gnats, flies and mosquitos) in the house when you are done. This comes from having to leave the door open during the cleaning. I highly recommend a net or something to keep the critters out.

No chemicals

The technicians were extremely friendly and helpful and did a great job but we were told the smell is guaranteed to come out of our carpet if we treat it with the two gallons of added cleaner but do not notice much of a difference after two treatments. We are extremely happy with the results of the tile cleaning. Some of the carpet stains did reappear several days after the cleaning.

I've used Zerorez for several years with great satisfaction. The technicians have always done a really good job. This time, I felt the technician lost interest in doing a good job once I declined all the add on's he was selling. When he started cleaning, (3 rooms) I took a business call and couldn't really monitor how he was cleaning. He finished in no time at all, maybe 15 minutes. I have at least one dirty spot I still see. I just don't think they did a good job. Disappointed. Not interested in having that technician again.

I like that they are environmentally better and that my rugs are not soaked when the technicians leave. Plus it works!

Carpets, even though old and worn, are fluffy, clean and stay clean for a longer period of time. Technicians are extremely friendly, efficient and thorough.

Spots weren't removed and it even seemed like there were dirty spots where I didn't have spots before.

Technician was polite, thorough and did an excellent job on carpet and stairs.

I love the job you do but have been informed you are going up in our price to $450 an hour, so it looks like I will not be able to use zeroes any more. I am very sorry to hear of such a huge jump in your price to us.

Unfortunately my carpet is permanently discolored after the visit. 2nd visit was another attempt and it did not work. So, the cleaning rep did the best he could, I think. There is someone who is an expert that will visit to evaluate. Have not heard from him.
