Told I could use $25 coupon but day of service I was told I couldn't use because of existing discount. Also, I was suppose to get to pick tickets for a Rangers game but I received tickets in the mail on a day I wouldn't have chosen. Office staff doesn't know how things work.

The technician I had was so helpful, suggesting things that he thought would make my carpets
last longer and pointing out the stains and how to handle them for the future. I really appreciated
all his knowledge and would ask for him again.

Technician added the cost of services that I did not request. My 16 yr old son was here in my absence as my husband was in the hospital and I could not be here myself. A supervisor, Ronnie Bolden has been very diligent in following up for me and has credited my credit card back for what I did not request.

The whole experience was great! From the first girl on the phone who explained everything, to the guy who called to give me my time window, to Cindy who called to say he was on his way, and to Taylor who introduced himself and cleaned one of my dirty areas to show how it would clean and to make sure I would be satisfied. He did a great job! Very courteous!

No chemicals

Appt was at 3, but didn't arrive until almost 8pm. Stayed until 10pm.
didn't do the free time area (likely because it was too late!)

I like that you just use water and there are no chemicals left. I like that once the stains are cleaned, they do not develop in the same spots again.

Think we would have saved $15 with the 105.3 promo. Given options about stain removal.

The prior carpet cleaning only lasted 60 days. This time we added the protection coating in hopes it will last a little longer. The tech says it is because the carpet is old. We were expecting to get at least 90-120 days so we are disappointed. To be totally fair we would have to use your service with newer carpet to be sure. I think an 8 is fair based on all of the above info. We want to see if this time end up any better before we give a 9 or a 10.

He did an excellent job once he got to my house but my window was from 2-4
Got a call that they were running late and would be at my house at 4:45 did not show up till 6:00- I missed several events I had for the evening. I was also suppose to receive 2 free tickets to Hawaiian Falls and he was not aware of promotion. Would like those tickets still.

The carpets looked and felt like new.
