Tyler was an excellent technician. He answered all my questions, was very courteous and respectful of my furniture and decor. Tyler was quick and efficient and very polite. He is an excellent representative for Zerorez and I will use this service again.

The service tech was great, excellent customer service and very professional. I really was happy to see him put up corner guards and wear shoe guards. Because of him and his service, I'll recommend zerorez to everyone I know.
A shout out to Tristan who did the best of any technician from Zerorez who has been to my house. The carpets were not loaded with water and dried within a few hours. In the past, it has taken 24 hours for the carpets to dry and water has actually been soaked into the sheet rock. The carpets look clean - thanks so much Tristan!!

Stain removal was phenomenal!
I have a double sided staircase, one side used often one side not.
( 23 stairs and a landing 24 inches ) cream colored carpet. The more used side is TERRIBLE! I mean I told the tech when he was almost at the bottom of the stairs that " there are 6 of 8 stairs Where only half of the step in the middle right are clean ( a straight line in the step was visible ....) he says it would go away and it was wet enough he didn't want to go over it.
Well, guess what it looked the same 12 hours later .... Very poor. It looks worse than it did when uniformaly dirty. This isn't fair or done right.
Your tech did a bad job and from the look of the steps he did almost correct... It is his bad, that he didn't listen when he was at my house. What are you planning to do to fix it?
