Communication about appointments, less waiting window, more than one tech makes the process faster,
There are several "new" spots on my carpet which must have been caused from the solution. Otherwise, I was pleased with the promptness of the service and the service man. After it dried, I found these spots and can't figure it out.

First tech did not clean the carpet right
No chemicals used to clean carpet. Technitican (Josh Rawling) took extra care to get carpet clean
Using the Brush Pro to exfoliate the carpet before the final cleaning really made a difference. Looks like new carpet again

All went well with the carpet cleaning. The confusing part was you all were suppose to call back to confirm, you didn't so I wasn't expecting the carpet cleaner that morning. Luckily I was home and he was able to clean. I wasn't ready and would of been nice to have a 24 hour notice and not a 10 minute warning.

Disappointed that I was not able to get 20% off since we are well over an hour away from Brazillian Restaurant gift card that was given.
Made the price very high. This was given to me last two appointments. Rep on phone told me technician has to give it at appt, but tech said he's not allowed. Tech was super friendly and nice though. Yet will move caret companies since higher than most.
He did a great job and everything is clean! The carpet is old, but feels good underfoot!
