The quoting done over the phone was much different than what the tech confirmed once at the home. I would improve on accuracy via the website and customer service of quoting and explanation of services. The main issue is what you get for the cost.
1. Flash service is needed WITH cleaning. That isn't clear.
2. 100 sq feet of FREE tile cleaning. But can only include ONE area.
3. 4x8 rug will cost XXX to clean.
All of these were walked through over the phone, but the actual cost once the tech got here was much different than when quoted over the phone.

I like that there is no heavy residue when you clean and that you ask me to inspect the rooms as you are cleaning to make sure you are doing the job adequately.

We've used your services twice now. This home still has the original carpet from when house built around 1989. There's an area where our previous & current dog have thrown up several times. We own an Oreck carpet cleaner; but the area still looked dingy after using it. Looks great now!
