I have used zerorez in the past, but this time I had 2 big black ink stains on the carpet from a puppy that got a hold of an ink pen. Josh came out the next day and worked on the spot. It didn't look like it was going to come out but before he left he sprayed more of his cleaner on it and the next morning it was gone...A miracle! There is just a small yellow spot now...Thanks Josh for all your effort!!
I believe the man who cleaned our carpet was Justin. Just want to say what a good employee you have. He was so concerned about making sure that I was pleased with the results and went above and beyond what I had expected. Kudos!
Darnell was on time, very courteous and professional. However, once dried, the area in front of the recliners in the living area does not look clean.
