I wasn't disappointed really but feel that my carpets look the same and it was more expensive than other companies. The rug cleaning prices are more than double Dalworth. I feel like the hype about your water doesn't really clean any better than normal carpet cleaners.
I paid for the flash service to get rid of pet odor in my daughters room. The pet odor is still there. I waited to make sure that the carpet was completely dry but it is still strong enough that the odor hits you when you walk in the room.
I like the way you know what you are talking about in regards to cleaning. My furniture looks great and we added on a rug cleaning and that went really well too.

David did an exceptional job. He was on time, friendly, courteous, and listened to our needs and preferences. He had great suggestions and gave us clear and constructive options. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.
My only constructive insight is for the lady who called to tell us our time window. Realize that we are in the middle of doing something else. Say hello and give people a minute to get on your page. She was very clear, but brutally short. And she called on the house phone when I specified to use my cell number, so I was startled to get that call on that line.
Once again, David did an outstanding job.
You make things clean
I responded to the invoice email. However, the technician was very impersonal, did not clean the 100 sf of tile as promised and did not give me the gift card as promised by the sales person when cleaning was offered.
The customer service from Zerorez is impeccable. The were able to fit us in on a busy Saturday and the technician came out right on time.
First off, the technician was wonderful. He really took the time to explain the processes and what he was going to do. He was very pleasant and a great representative of your company. Our job cost us $1370 and I am disappointed that many stains remain, or seem to be worse after the cleaning. There were some soiled spots due to our dogs and you could smell the urine smell, after the cleaning, the spots remain and the smell seems worse.
You man was very engaging.

We love that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals, everything is cleaned by water! The cleaning process itself was very interesting to watch. We really enjoyed seeing that our carpets were being washed, scrubbed, and taken care of! Our carpets are over 12 years old, and two years ago we had another company "clean" our carpets and they just got dirtier than they were previous to cleaning within a week of the treatment. We were so disappointed with the quality of cleaning that we waited to clean our carpets again until we could find a better company. Yesterday Zerorez came, Chris and Eric were AMAZING! They took time to talk about how the carpets were being cleaned, asked us where our problem areas were, and their work ethic was fantastic! Our carpets had some really old set-in stains that the previous company didn't even remotely lift, and although they are not completely gone they are definitely less visible. Our main traffic areas were grey and matted and with our creme carpets it was hard not to notice. Today, I'm so happy to say that those areas are back to creme, almost completely un-matted and look great even with the age of our carpets! Our carpets don't look brand new, but close enough for being 12 years old. We can now save some time and money before we decide to replace, and it makes us very happy to know that we have a new company to call whenever we need our carpets cleaned again! Zerorez, we are customers for life!
