Well done jobs and no chemicals
Friendly service, on time and time efficient.
Original appointment had to be rescheduled due to technician running late on previous job. Had to call every hour to check status just to make sure the technician was coming or not.
The floors are CLEAN. No hassle. Competitive pricing.
Dave was an excellent communicator about the products, the stains and what he could/couldn't do. He worked around other people working on the RV and was extremely patient.

As for the service, on time and courteous. He knew what needed to be done and waisted no time getting the job at hand complete. The product is wonderful. No soap or chemicals to clean, so there was no residue left behind to attract and trap new debris. Also, I have pets and nothing was left behind that would be harmful to them. In time, I will have Zerorez back again.

The technician was on time. He was polite, courteous and got right to work. My carpets and kitchen floor look great. And as advertised there is no odor and no residue.
Robert did a good job on the inside and up selling the protectant. I just wish he had done a better job respecting the yard. He poured product out on our lawn and killed a 1foot by 1 foot section on our front lawn. I thought we had paid an extra $10.00 disposal fee.

Well, I spent $375 yesterday. Paid extra for recent pet stains to be specially treated and today all stains are still there, the guy even upsold and talked me into having an area rug cleaned. The stains are recent and I have removed similar stains in the past with a Hoover steam cleaner. I thought I would go the professional route this time, but now regretting the money spent.
We have an older dog that has had several accidents in the house. We've used Zerorez 4 times and each time, the carpet looks and smells like new.

Appointment time. I schedule my time for 8:00am and the work was done at 12:30pm. I even confirmed my appointment on the phone. I am not happy about it.

The service is outstanding, but the extra cost for problem areas and the $10 travel fee makes a $99 special almost $300! I also have not received my tickets to the Rangers game, which supposedly was mailed on July 27th from Carrollton. Today is the 7th of August and I live in Denton! Really?
