None of the stains were removed.
There weren't any of the high traffic areas, or stains that looked any different. (not at all). I expected the "dirty" looking places to look cleaner, or at least lighter. And it looked like they didn't go to the edges of the wall. The carpet is darker there all through the house. My son was going to rent a steam cleaner and do it ourselves , but I told him a professional would make the carpet look nicer. I was wrong.
Our carpet feels very soft after being cleaned by Zeroez.

I wouldn't utilize Zerorez if it didn't offer and effective and exceptional product; but what makes you all exceptional is your team- the professionalism, responsiveness, and engagement exemplified by everyone from the rep scheduling our service to the techs.
I like the fact that the company is so dedicated to being 'green' and not using unhealthy products for carpet cleaning. I appreciated the fact that the technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, inspected the carpet thoroughly throughout the house and then explained in detail what he would do to take care of any problem areas. It is a wonderful service
You guys ALWAYS do the best job in carpet cleaning. This visit was actually better than all the previous ones as my technician was superb! He was prompt, courteous, communicative, and he did what I asked without the annoying hassle of an up-sell! That's a 10 in my books. Please send him every trip out. Heck, I might be inclined to have my carpets cleaned more regularly if the experience is always like this!

I was very satisfied with the result of my service and our technician was very helpful, friendly and cordial. The only issue we had would be pricing. It cost me almost twice the amount then I've ever paid for carpet cleaning and didn't have the entire house done. Maybe reevaluate your cost of services compared to other companies to help the consumer to better choose. Thank you!

Carpet looks great
Thorough, informative of other services offered, good clean service.
1. I pointed out a few small stains on the carpets. After the techs left I had to go back with resolve to clean them. They came right up.
2. Thick wide residue was ft on the tile. The techs came back that day to clean it, but they were not able to get it all.
3. I paid $1400 to clean and seal tile. There is a chalky film all over. All 700 plus sq feet. I have mopped three times and almost have it gone. When I pay $1400 for someone to clean my tile I should not have to go over and mop it multiple times to get it lookin good.
4. If the grout starts to discolor after sealing it I will be calling.
I have cleaned my carpets every year. This is my second year to use Zerorez. I will be going back to Dalworth next year if not sooner.
The non use of chemicals
our technician did an excellent job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and on time.
Service was mostly good and affordable, but I was told that I could add services to the job when the technician arrived. However, the technician refused to perform any services other than what was on the job order. I don't mind one or the other but the contradiction meant that I didn't get everything cleaned that I wanted cleaned.
My carpet is clean and my house smells better when the job is done.

Employees are very polite, do an excellent job, waiting time is quick after treatment, and no mess left behind. They don't always follow through and clean tile or send promised gift card.
