Our technician for yesterday's service was particularly efficient and great at getting out older, set in stains. I've used Zerorez for years but in the past some technicians were not personable and tended to just want to make another sale. Not the case with Lincoln. He was great. On time, made quick work and yet got the job done well. We were very impressed. And it was all done within an hour.
The professional demeanor and knowledge of the technician and the results!
Darwin couldn't have been any better!! He arrived on time and quickly went to work assessing all the areas to be cleaned and stretched. Every thing he did was done in a very professional manner.
I will definitely use him again and will most certainly recommend him to my friends.

I've used zerorez multiple times. He asked for a quote at a new house and the cost was $2k. Due to some pet urine. Asked to adjust the quote and still $1k+. I can't replace carpet partially or all for these prices. The quote I was given over the phone was $350 with deep clean and pet urine. The carpet was honestly not that bad. On my 4th experience with ZeroRez, I was very dissapointed and likely will not call again.
