I have used your services several times and this is the first time I would rate the service less than a 9. I like the service. The cleaning this time was not up to my expectations and I don't demand perfection. The technician did 2 large rooms (400 sqft each), stairs, and 2 regular sized rooms in less than 1 hour. He did not spend time on some of the more difficult high traffic areas or areas with more difficult spots. This was a completely different experience than the previous time where the tech was very diligent in the way he addressed these areas.

Fantastic customer service. Joseph was amazing. High quality cleaning of air ducts, carpets and stone floors. The before and after pictures were unbelievable! As a doctor, if I knew that my floors and air ducts were that dirty, we would have gladly paid the money years ago to clean them. After ZeroRez, they're as good as new!

Too expensive
Clean, no residue. Friendly, competent, & knowledgeable technecians,
Though the cleaner did a generally very good job, there was one item that needs to be done better.
He missed the edge of the stairs on several stairs. I know it was a lot of work, but this is pretty much the first thing you see on the stairs.

The flash treatment got out most of my pet stain (which I had doubts about initially).
The carpet still has spots and feels stiff. I was expecting a better outcome, but, I realize that my son did not move the sofa to allow better access.

Everything was explained clearly when I made the appointment. The technician was on time, and did a fantastic job. I am very happy.

The grout cleaner/sealant left such a white build up along baseboards and in corners, it was very hard to remove. Also, there was such a film all over the tile, it was hard to clean, and we continue to get shoe prints when we walk across the tile floor. The carpet cleaning was good, and most of the grout does look better, but I am disappointed in the clean up required after the grout cleaning/sealing.
