The tile cleaning was a complete waste. All he did was moo the floor and leave it completely saturated with water. He told us we had to mop it afterward or let it "evaporate." It saturated into the edges of our carpet and I had to dry the carpet edges with towels. The carpet cleaning was disappointing. The tech told us we needed to vacuum afterward but he said our Hoover was "junk" so he said we needed to buy a Dyson or a Shark. So we bought a Shark vacuum the next day and vacuumed 5 canisters of dirt up just in the family room after going over it 6 times. Very disappointing. He also left the tile floors filthier than when he got there, since he just swirled dirt into the grout with oversaturation of the water.

The specialist, Eric, was very professional, prompt and courteous. He explained the procedure for cleaning our dryer vent duct and did a thorough job of cleaning our carpet, too.

Michael, the technician, was terrific. He was there on time, evaluated the job and explained the additions to the basic service that it was going to take to remove some heavy urine stains. He took the time necessary to complete the job. If we use you again, I will ask for him.
Your customer service department is another story. The radio advertising is deceiving and their explanation when making the appointment is very inconclusive when describing the excess charges.
First time to use your company. Service was quick. 23 year old carpet looks much better. It will never look new, but it's a lot better.
