In more ways than you can imagine. Very disappointed in the customer service. Had used the company a few times before and was never considered a hugh bother. I thought I was the customer and you're doing me a service in which I am paying for. Will think twice before ever using again.

and our carpet still wreaks of pet urine in the upstairs
and in our closet.

I'm not sure if I am correct with my concern. I used to be in the carpet cleaning and I have recommended y'all to past customers and others that I know. However I watched this time and saw the gentlemen pre spraying then with the wand make one pass with the vacuum and only make one pass with the water. I would like to know if one pass is suffecient in getting the carpet clean or should it have been at least 2 wash passes before the vacuum passes?

Fast, efficient and friendly. Somewhat expensive but worth the extra few dollars.

Pointed out stains on 2 yr old carpet that you have cleaned before. After drying, stains still there. Can you re-clean?

Quit upselling.my estimate was $113 and the tech tried to sell me additional services that would have had my bill at approx. $400.

Spots do not return. The only carpet cleaning company that I have found able to do this. Josh did my carpets on Friday and he was excellent.

I like the method of cleaning--my carpet looks good after your cleaning.

Carpet did not come out clean like last time and the tech was almost rude about things ! I told him that the tech before him got it looking better and he said he had done all he could do !!!

out to clean our rugs. His name was Seth.
He was courteous and did a very nice job.
Would ask for him again. He's a 10!!
The carpets look great. And the issue
we had with cat urine was cometely
