Second service better thank
I was impressed that I could schedule a cleaning the same day I called. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. We had a good result.
I was led to believe that the treatment would fix the issues in my front room. I was not given the statistics that the Quality Manager gave at his visit.90% effective isn't enough to to spend $481 on, I'm sorry.

Plus, I wanted my carpet cleaned and NOT being sold every 5 minutes. I understand that companies need to sell their product, but what started being a $160 bill ended up being a $265 bill, plus they were trying to sell me another $400 worth of services....
The technician that came out on 8/22 was awesome. The first time wasn't so good, but glad I have Zerorez a second chance.

The young man who did this marvelous job was very professional, helpful in answering my questions and just a real nice guy. The grout looked great!! I am not sure what you are using to clean because the dirt and spots were NOT removed. My house does not have pets or small children , therefore our carpets are not heavily soiled.

No residue. Ease of scheduling
The technician was very professional, explained each step he was completing, informed me what to expect as far as recurring stains and moved some small furniture items. He also called the office to see if I could get one of the promotional deals that were out at the time. I did! Thank You.

The service this time was very poor. One room was not cleaned at all. The other two rooms were barely cleaned.

No residue and no lingering smell. Just fresh and clean.
Finely was very courteous and professional but I can still see stains in the carpet. it was still wet when I left Monday evening so I will check it again when I return on Friday. it may need for complete stain removing. Finely showed me only two small areas that had pet urine and that is not where I was still seeing stains. hopefully after it is completely dry it will look better.
