First the guy that came to our house never even had to move any furniture, my husband cleared the way for him by removing all of the furniture from our living room into the kitchen. We requested that our living room, hallway and dining room be cleaned. We have a dog...we were expecting the guy to take extra care for that reason alone. He was in and out in approximately 20 minutes. There was still two canisters of hair that I vacuumed up a day after it was all dry. There was a black ring all the way around the room...and I feel like we paid $117 for something I should not have. We actually own a policy with One Guard Home Warranty that we did not use because of all the "great things" we hear on KLUV about you. I could have had a regular ole carpet guy there for $69. I was on my way out of the country when I had the carpet cleaned...I thought I would come home to a beautiful carpet and home. I'll just have to say, it didn't go as planned. It bothered me the whole time I was gone, that I didn't call and complain, so I did so when I returned. The young gal on the phone took my complaint and that was the end of it. If I would have seen this survey a long time ago, I would have just done the survey. Calling wasted my time.

We spent right at $1,000 for 3 rooms and a hallway. It was mostly because my son got a puppy and he had several accidents in a bedroom and the media room. I was led to believe the urine smell would be gone, but the media room still smells since it fully dried and my son's room, while not as bad, still smells of urine. Im hoping that we can have it done again to see if the rest can be gotten out.
Green, no residue, and the tech was competent and was able to get 95% of the stains out of our carpet without the "upsell" that other carpet companies do
My carpet is cleaner and brighter and stays cleaner longer than other companies I've used. I've never been disappointed.
