The service was amazing. Robert, the technician, was meticulous, knowledgeable, and thorough. My home looks and smells great. I would highly recommend Zerorez for any and all carpet, upholstery and tile needs.
Very professional
We love that there was no chemical odor and carpets dried fairly quickly. Our Service Tech was very professional and set reasonable expectations for cleaning results. It had been a while having our carpets professionally and very satisfied with the end results.

Can't comment on the products yet as it hasn't been long enough to judge the results. The Service Tech was very friendly, offered to help with moving things, and didn't complain at all. Often service techs show how much they dislike their job in their body language.

The carpets looked and felt clean, they did not crunch when we walked on them. I would recommend the carpet cleaning, but I had an ottoman done as well, but that didn't come out as clean.
