We've had these carpets since our house was built 20 yrs ago. Your company did much better with these aged things than any other company we're tried. The carpets dried in 1/2 the time it usually takes and the odor was pleasing. The tech who did the work was very professional and we liked having him in our home.
Like that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals in their cleaning. Appreciate the communication from Zerorez, on time service, and friendly employees.

Cleaners should come n and be helpful to answer questions but not spend an hour and twenty minutes talking to you and badly spend an hour on your carpet. If this was our first time with zerorez, we probably wouldn't use again. Carpet was still not dry 24 hours later

The fact that you don't use detergents and which have toxic ingredients.
If I could please have a manager or rep contact me. I was pleased with the service, but I need to have the pet area re-treated as the initial cleaning did not completely remove the smell.
