We had a large water stain on our carpet that seemed to have disappeared when the cleaning was first done, but once it dried, the stain became visible again. That may not be ZeroRez's "fault" but maybe the area shoudl have been given extra attention, gone over more than once? Hard to know, but we still have the stain....

The technician that cleaned our carpet was very friendly, polite, and professional. He explained everything to us and made sure that we were happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. He did a great job! It was a very positive experience!

The man who came her damaged the trim in a few areas. obviously very careless. . He also did not clean my carpeting. The reason why I zeroes is to do one job and that was to clean the spots off that carpeting. and clean the entire carpet. Neither happened efficiently. Coulee spots are still there. He also hoped one of the door stop pads off and I have no clue where it is. The supervisor should come her to 6836 Cousteau Court to view the incompetence and damage.
