No odor
Our carpets look like new and they are 18 years old. The products dry fast and work well
The Service technician went above and beyond my expectation in explaining the process, and above all getting every stain out of the carpet at my daughter's house. The carpet and tiles have never looked better!. Also is a comfort to know that no bad chemicals were used. We always use your service.

Your service does not leave detergent residue in the carpet and it literally stays cleaner longer. I have gotten the "free" carpet cleaning by the companies that my apartment uses, and it looked dirty again 20 days later. My six-year old apartment carpet looks almost brand new again. The technician did a very good job. Thanks, Zerorez!!

Lack of chemicals
Quick response to my appointment request. The technician was excellent.
Maybe be more upfront about potential higher rates due to badly stained carpets. Some customers think "wow, $33 a room is great !", but then come to find out that the charges are greater due to the condition of the carpet

I called ZEROREZ on short notice. Got the date I requested. Tech prompt and did a great job on the carpet. I told him I did not think it would clean well and that I was thinking about replacement. He assured me that carpet still had years of life and could be cleaned. I was very pleased. Told me I would be able to walk on it in a few hours and we were. Thanks to Chris and his partner for their patience with me.
