The technician was very nice and explained how your system worked. However, most of the stains that he said were removed are still there after the carpet dried. I would like the stains permanently removed, not just invisible when the carpet is wet.

They called before heading to our house and arrived within the quoted service time. We chose to purchase the protectant for our carpets but did not feel pressured to purchase any additional services from the technician. The carpets look great and we will definitely will call Zerorez when we need our carpets cleaned again.
