On time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Technician did his very best to get carpets clean.
Not as deep cleaned as we expected. Tile cleaning service didn't clean the tile very well.
Zerorez was late arriving for scheduled appointment. I scheduled between 10-12 but technician arrived at 12:45. I did receive a call letting me know but I still hadn't planned for such a late appointment. I had other things planned for the afternoon so I was a bit anxious for the technician to leave so I forgot to ask for (and the technician didn't offer) my free tile cleaning and the Estilo Gaucho gift card. Additionally, although some areas did look better, others looked worse after the carpets finished drying. In fact some new ones seemed to appear. Im not sure what that's about.
The ZeroRez process left my carpets clean and fluffy with no sticky residue. When the previous owner moved out, I found ugly stains in the living room carpet and was concerned they wouldn't come up. I'm happy to report that after your technician pretreated and cleaned those stains, they are gone. Thank you so much and I will be recommending you to my friends!

Service tech explained was very kind and professional. Carpet and floors look great.

The price was much higher than I was given to think. The tech told me the amount before I agreed to the treatment but I was always in a place where I couldn't hire someone else.
We were very pleased with our carpet cleaning. I'm not sure I remember his name.Maybe it was Jason. He was very nice and he took his time cleaning. We did not have a problem with residue like we had the last time. I will ask for him next time we get our carpet cleaned.

the carpet just does not look as clean as expected. On Good Day Texas you make it look like the carpet will look like new! The technician did say traffic lines but the bedroom has less traffic and it is a real disappointment.

Paul did a fantastic job on the carpets and showed us how great our tile can look with the free 100sqft. We'll have to get Paul back out here to do the rest of our tile soon.

Reliable
Leaves my floor clean and it stays clean longer than any other carpet service. The technicians who have come to my house have been friendly, yet professional.
Just felt your product did not clean the carpet ..... We built our house in 2012....there are two adults that live in the house and it just didn't seem to be effective. The service man was polite...he did go over the bedroom area again and it did improve.
We did not approve of the technicians method of cleaning our tile. He sprayed the cleaner on the tile, scrubbed it and in the process some cleaner flowed into an adjacent area. He then began applying sealer. I told him that I wanted the floor to be dryer and called his attention to the overflow. I suggested that he use towels to dry the floor. Instead he put a fan on the floor and it pushed the overflow further and under furniture. We believe this technician to be a little less than competent and also unresponsive to the customer's reasonable wishes. We would not use this technician again. We will, however, use zerorez again & will probably recommend your company to others.
From scheduling to arriving and cleaning, everything y'all did was superb. I even had to reschedule and it was fantastic. You got my carpet spotless!
