Tried another carpet.cleaning company after a bad experience with Zerotez but Aaron put my faith back in the company and Zerorez Dallas
Jimmy was awesome!!! Really appreciated all the time & attention that he spent on our home. I will be scheduling the rest of my house to be done next week, after seeing everthing in the blue light I am totally disgusted 😔Also really like that you are a Christian company

Removes all stains
I like the fact the the products used do not leave a film on our carpet. I also appreciate the fact that they are very easy to get an appointment with.

Carpet didn't smell fresh after cleaning. Looks different, doesn't fluff as well. Called back, someone came out and said he smelled urinary on carpet and offered pet treatment. I declined, just wanted it recleaned. He didn't seem willing, just a bad vibe from him. Maybe personality conflict, I'm not sure. Won't be using zerorez again
The technician was on time and very polite. However the areas that received the precleaning solution required almost 24 hours to dry and ended up feeling like there was a film on them after they dried. The next day I vacuumed all spaces again pulling up a lot in my vacuum and then I recleaned the pre cleaned solution areas with just water in my carpet cleaner. Four hours later after those areas dried again they felt better. Also after technician left I realized I did not receive the estilo steakhouse gift card.

The cleaning didn't remove several of my carpet stains. Somewhat disappointed but not totally surprised.
They did an excellent job, and the tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and he let me review the work in progress so we stayed on the same page and my expectations were met throughout the process.
Service Team was friendly and professional. I also like that you don't use all the chemicals, etc to "clean" the carpets. This time we are especially impressed with the tile cleaning! Our kitchen floor has not looked or felt this good since it was installed.
The great thing is that the friendliness and caring is great and the efficiency is wonderful. Carpet was fantastic after the service. We will definitely use y'all again and definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone! Thank you!
No chemicals
I really loved our carpet tech!! He was friendly, polite, and personable. It seemed as if he really cared about doing a great job. That overshadowed the fact that I was not impressed with the scheduling method and I had a little bit of sticker shock when I paid. We were first time customers and will be repeat customers.

Drying time on carpet. As ALWAYS it takes 24 hours BEFORE we can put back our furniture. This time the van leaked oil on our street, left tile cleaner on some tile (in his defense the sofa was covering the area) I contacted you without a response on the tile. Tile cleaner was splashed on leather sofa - damage there too. :(
I still love the concept of no chemicals - well, mostly no chemicals.
