Your technician arrived on time and listened to our needs. He advised us as to what services we needed and did not attempt to up sell us services we did not. He was knowledgeable and professional. Our carpets look so much better.

No strong unpleasant smell, clean feeling after drying.
The carpet's not soaked. The spots are gone. The personnel are so nice, from the folks on the phones who set up times and confirmed the time when the the technician would be here, as well as the very nice technician. He was in and out in good time and I'll recommend you to my daughter!!

ROBERT WAS WELL PREPARED. HE EVALUATED THE JOB AND GAVE ME HIS REPORT ON WHAT HE THOUGHT WOULD BE GOOD FOR MY JOB, TO GET THE BEST RESULTS. HE GAVE ME THE INFORMATION, BUT WAS BUT PUSHY, TO TRY AND GET ME TO AGREE THAT I NEEDED THEM THE CARPET CLEANED UP MUCH BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD.. VERY GOOD JOB.
