Service guarantee - first service a week ago was sub-par. Quality control manager came out, and though I felt like I had to push for the re-clean, the job he did was what I expected based upon previous service. Great job!
Haven't used the service long enough to comment ... however, I expect to be very satisfied. The service technician was very professional, courteous and pleasant. The cost of service is of concern ... a bit overpriced.

The young man, Josh, that came out to our house was very professional and did a amazing job on our carpets and I would recommend him to anyone I know that needs to have their carpets cleaned. Keep him around for our next cleaning!

We have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning several times and prefer the hot water cleaning than all those other companies' chemicals. However, this was one of quickest visits by a technician and the quality showed. We had a kitchen remodel done and wanted to ge thte carpets cleaned after. Our service technician showed up 30 minutes. I have no problem with that and understand things occur and can cause this. However I felt like the technician tried to hurry through our house to get moving to the next customer and make up time. He first got our name wrong and pulled up the wrong invoice for a customer not even in our city. He did all the carpets asked, but not thoroughly. We did ask for no chemicals to be used since our carpets are corn based and only to use hot water. When I asked about a specific spot that was not fully cleaned, he said he couldn't do more unless chemicals were added. Later that night my husband used our little hand based carpet steamer and got up the spot and a couple other areas that were still dirty looking in high traffic areas. Also, our technician never moved our recliner chairs to clean under them. We had all the other areas clear of furniture (except heavy couches we don't expect anyone to move.) So the recliner chairs should have been the only thing needing to be moved. Every other time Zerorez has come out, the technician take longer than 25 minutes and also move light furniture like our chairs. Any other visit we have had Zerorez, I would give much higher rating, but this time I just can't.
We choose ZeroRez Air duct cleaning since we also arranged for carpet cleaning the next day (also from Zerorez.) We are greatly disappointed by the crew for the air ducts. They left a return and a vent open when they were done requiring us to have to put the covers on. 2 other ceiling vents had the screws falling out of them. The said they were going to vacuum before leaving, well they only vacuumed the area under the attic entrance. Every room had debris under each vent they cleaned. Our master bedroom and bathroom were the worst with pieces of ceiling and large clumps of dust all over our dressers and carpet. While they were here, they asked me to move some items for easier access to a high ceiling vent. As I entered the room to get the items to move, a large cloud of dust and duct debris came raining down on me and filled the room like smoke or fog. My husband had to change the air filter after they were done even though they offered to change it for us. Our remodeling contractor came out 3 days after and found one of our air ducts tubes in the attic was not connected to vent. We spent over $1000 for me to have more dust to clean up than our construction caused! We choose Zerorez and feel like we got a cheap no name side company looking to make a quick buck. Overall, I'm greatly disappointed and don't plan to use Zerorez Air Duct service again!
Usually when you would give me a time you would come the next day, the men would not come when expected. Twice, they came after 10 p.m.!! They did call to said it would be that late.
And one time, on Friday, one of your men said they would be back the next day to clean up his mess. He didn't come until Monday. He left white chawk on my fron sidewalk as well as chips of paint on the walkway and white on the front door. I had to call on Monday to ask that the white be cleaned off my stained concrete floors. it was cleaned up and done very well.

They charged for every little thing. It was a vacant home and was easy. The bill was $100 more than I thought it was.
Our last visit from zerorez was a "redo". The first technician did not do a very good job. Spots were left and new ones appeared from dirty water, etc. However, this time Jimmy Ayers came out and did a wonderful job. He was polite and took his time. He apologized for the job done by the previous technician. He was able to get out all of the spots and the carpet looks great. He also cleaned our tile which the other technician failed to do.
I was worried that zerorez failed to meet my expectations but Jimmy more than made up for it. Thank you.
Pricing and promptness of service
There are still some spots on my carpet that has not been removed!The cleaning is not as good as I was told.I can be compensated.

I like the steam only, no chemicals process.
We had the upstairs TV room which had spills on it and when you applied the application the stains are still there.
While my carpet is very old and worn and I could not expect it to look like new, I am nevertheless very pleased with the service I received last Friday. (Not to mention the free gift cards you offer with your cleaning services. Tell me what I need to do to get my Estielle Gaucho (sp?) gift card??
The only thing I would have preferred was something that the guy did the first time I ever had my carpets cleaned by zerorez. When the first guy came out to do my carpets, he put towels down on my hardwood floor (outside of the carpeted areas) so that he could dry his feet off after treating the room (should they be wet). Eric was super nice, but he didn't do that. Which was fine, I mean he didn't ruin anything by any means. However, when the first guy came and laid down towels, I thought that was something all technicians did, so I expected it this time, and was a tad disappointed when it wasn't done. I think it is a nice gesture, and should be common practice since the carpet is wet when they are done treating it. He did work his way backwards out of the room, so it didn't become an issue until we walked back in a room for him to show me something, then when we walked out my floors got footprints on them. That is the only thing I think could be improved at this time.
The staff was knowledgeable and was able to provide wonderful service. I am very pleased with the outcome of my carpet.
