I like the fact that you do not use harsh Chemicals to clean. Carpet gets a very good cleaning. Great Technician ( Jimmie ) very professional and knowledgeable about his job.
That there are no chemicals.

Based on your slot at Good Morning Texas, I hoped that you'd be able to get out many of my carpet stains. I have had this carpet for 10 years and have used other carpet cleaners but had hoped for a "miracle" I think. ;) The carpets are cleaner, but anywhere there were stains or major wear, the carpet is essentially the same. This was my final attempt at cleaning them...next up, new carpets. :(
To quick to really clean having the carpet replaced, cost was double what was quated
Very competent, friendly technician - carpets visually were noticeably cleaner and fresh-smelling. Price was fair and we appreciate the advance notice before they came.

The job that you do on my carpet, very through and my carpet stays that way even with two dogs who love to track in dirt and who knows what else.
I have a light grey carpet which shows everything but you are able to keep it looking great. Plus, it is dry in a very short period of time which is very important to me. I office out of my home and as hard as I try to stay off it it by using the food floors, thee are still times when i am on it not lto long after it has been clean.
Your staff who clean the carpet have always been very polite and quiet about there work.

That there are no chemicals used. It's green cleaning.
Not as good as you advertise.... Still have stains.... Really disappointed.

The technician was great! The carpet feels like it has a weird film on the top. Like maybe it wasn't rinsed off all the way? I'm not sure but I paid almost $300 to have them cleaned and they don't feel clean. I called today and left a message but haven't heard back from anybody yet.
They clean very well and does not attract dirt.

Exceptional!! It was fast and left my carpet very clean. Good customer service. The rep was very nice and didn't try to talk me into needing to pay more.
You need to have someone follow-up after the techs to make sure they are following all procedures and best practices. If there is an issue of not being able to get a coffee stain out then the tech should let the customer know. I had two branches cleaned on Saturday and you can tell the branch where the Branch Manager stayed with your tech and which branch the manager left and came back later to lock up.
It really didn't clean the carpet. Maybe sanitized it but did not clean much. In fact the hoses drug through my flower beds and into my home caused more dirt entry than the cleaning helped. This was a trial to see if your service was worth it. It was not. The tech that did the cleaning was the only bright spot, very nice guy.
I also did not receive the $50 gift card to Estilo Gaucho, why?
