I liked the machine that really deep cleaned and removed pet and human hair. I liked that the carpets dried quickly and smelled clean. My technician, Josh, was very personable and knowledgeable.

The product because you don't you chemicals. And the service which was excellent. There does seem to be a communication breakdown somewhere along the line with the office personnel. Other than that, it was a very good experience.
Eric was thorough in his review and execution of the job. He alerted me to a potential problem with my vacuum which was leaving dirt and sand deep in the carpet. After cleaning the carpet and the tile floor & grout, which we also had cleaned, looked like new.
The system seems to work very well for us. We have pets and some cleaning services can't get the carpets as soft and unstained looking. Good job.

I like that your products aren't all soapy and leave a film after drying. I had never used you all before and was SO pleased. We've had our carpets cleaned by your company on 3 or 4 separate occasions. This time however the carpet in our bedroom still has a heavy pet odor. In the past we had an old dog who couldn't hold himself an the odor was quite strong and the technician go the odor out. This time the odor is still there. I think you could have done a better job.
