The gentleman that provided our services was exceptional. He was kind, courteous and professional. The carpet actually looked better this time than it did the last time Zerorez was here to clean it.

Not very good at spot cleaning. And then charge too much for that even if it fails.
My carpets always look and smell great after Zerorez has cleaned them. Years ago, I used whatever carpet cleaning company was the cheapest. As a result, stains would reappear after a few weeks in the same spots - but not with Zerorez. Thanks!

I think the carpets are great, but the biggest purpose for me contacting ZeroRez was for our tile and grout. There is no change in our tile and grout, and frankly on Monday we followed up with our own solution of vinager and water and it did a better job than the solution/water utilized by ZeroRez. We paid over $300 to have the tiles cleaned, and don't feel like it was worth our money at all. We were very disappointed in this aspect of the cleaning. Our tech was very nice and informative, but mostly on the carpet. Didn't say much about the tile other than to give it an hour to dry.

Your technician was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the products and what my needs required to complete the job satisfactorily. I put him under a ton of pressure by telling him that I was selling my house and had a showing at 6:00pm. He immediately got down to business and went to work. He was very kind and listened to everything that I said.
