Quick & cleaned better than any other system I used. Greg was great. He explained the service and answered all our questions
1. You dropped the ball on your scheduling of help for two buildings for Oct 22. I have the Sept 28, 2016 email appointment confirmations for both.
2. Several of your employees have no pride in workmanship and did a hit or miss cleaning.
3. When I asked why they were not able to clean some of the spotted areas on my one year old commercial carpet, they tried to sell me a $1,500 carpet protection package to prevent future spotting. Why would I purchase a protection package to put over spotting they would not clean.
4. Tile cleaning was horrible. After they used their special tile machine they left dirty water standing on the tile in five of the six restrooms. Tile floors and gout are now stained.
5. As of 6:00 a.m. this morning, I have text and emailed for a meeting with Ron Self and Kyle Peterson to review both buildings and discuss all the problems.
6. I really do not think any of the employees thought I would be checking behind them.
7. I am not sure what you will need to do to make things right with so many things wrong other that redo the problem areas to my satisfaction ASAP.
8. I do know that I want Bob McKee aware of my dissatisfaction with this job and if he is available to meet with us.

Seth did a great job of cleaning our carpets - they look like new again!
I was a bit disappointed though with the person who scheduled me because she
offered me a time slot of 8-10 or 10-12 and I chose the latter.
When I was notified to confirm the day before the appointment, I was told that
I had been given the early slot.
The technician convinced me that paying the extra $150 ($75 per gallon) of special cleaner would "make the pet stains go away and not smell... like it was never there". The stains surfaced again before the carpet was even dry. Very disappointed that he made a claim that was false. As far as I can tell the smell is gone, but not the stains. Also, my husband was told we would get a free grout cleaning and a gift card to a restaurant. Neither of those things were offered.
Also, we originally scheduled for Monday afternoon. Friday afternoon when I was out of town I got a call that the technician was on the way to my house.
Carpets always look great after they have cleaned them.
Their technicians are polite and courteous. They thoroughly explain
what they will do and the costs.

After the supervisor came out to look at the dark pet treatment spot that the first technician left in the rug, we were please with the result. I do feel that the texture of the rug has changed a little because of the "chemical" used, however. We were very pleased with this technician whose name I cannot remember.
The first technician did not want to use sheets in the entry way to protect and keep the floor clean and he did not extract the pet spot treatment from the carpet upstairs leaving a large dark spot where the treatment was left in the rug. the night I had to blot the spot with towels to try to get some of the treatment out of the rug. I had to call the next day and get another technician out to resolve the issue.
Zerorez always does a great job.. Their service techs are professional, courteous and very thorough. We have older carpeting and it always looks like new when Zerorez is finished. Thank you, Zerorez!
Great product. Gets out bad stains with no problem. Seth was excellent. Your employees are always polite and friendly.
Our technician, Erick, explained and demonstrated every step of the Zerorex process & I never felt pressured to buy a service I didn't want/need.. His results were wonderful & I will definitely call Zerorez the next time my carpets need cleanly. We have 3 dogs and a cat, so I was especially impressed with the pet treatment process. I'm really impressed how fast, thorough and efficient the techs were who came out and cleaned both tile and carpet areas. They made extra effort to remove stains and explain not only the Zerorez equipment and treatments used but also the cause of high traffic grime and care to maintain a Zerorez cleaned floor. Love the service and the price specials offered. Have used before and will use again!

Joshua did an excellent job. My dog passed away from bladder cancer & had completely soiled our bedroom carpet. I realize it will have to be replaced because of the odor. If it were not for that, the carpet looks great. He even removed a stain in the living room that your service seemed to not be able to remove. He did a great job! Very polite and professional.

We like the technique that has less detergent and chemicals. Pet stains came out and have not reappeared after a few days. Zerorez was able to get us in fairly last minute (in just two days timeframe), and was able to accommodate the time slot I requested. Carpets look great and so does our tile. Huge before and after difference.
