It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the Tile Cleaning Cost was more than 100 % over the
cost of the total house. Comparing this cost to that of firms that clean tile only it is a bit of a stretch.

The final note added that I was advised of dog urine in house. Our dog does not urinate in the house.
This was absurd.

It was quick & dried fast. The cost for cleaning a synthetic 5 x 8 rug was outrageous, in my opinion. It was $60 as opposed to $29 for an entire room. If the rag haven't been so dirty I would have skipped it. The next time I get my rugs cleaned I will probably go with someone locally.

Time will tell about your product, still evaluating. Rating is based on the tech who did the service. Very professional. Outstanding. Went the extra mile.

Aaron did an excellent job removing pet urine and make-up stains. It was a bwas a little pricey but worth every cent.

Our tech was the nicest young man. HE worked very hard & did not try to talk us into anything we had not asked for. He tried to clean our sofa, but when the test area did not come out completely ckean, he suggested we not go ahead & do something he didn't feel would pleaseem ys. I cannot say enough good things about him.

The tech that came to our home was polite, clean cut, and respectful. He made a sincere effort to do s good job. I will request him next time I schedule an appointment.

Very expensive

The technician seemed to be in a hurry and missed a few places. Some areas didn't look any better than before and I asked him to go back over the area in two different rooms. I used Zerorez before and it was much better.

Both product and service were great. Did a great job on my old carpet. Made it look new again.

Carpet has no odor after treatment. We get the stain prevention treatment which works really well.
One negative - no call was received prior to the scheduled appointment day indicating a time range. We had to call to find out the time range.

Eic did a wonderful job on cleaning my carpet. I loved the no chemical approach My husband and I were so pleased that we
signed up for the pest program.

Difficulty scheduling. First time, I had to call you to get my time window and was given a time that I explained would only work if he came at the early end. He came at the end of the window and could not have completed the job by the time I needed to leave. I had to reschedule and this worked out OK. I will say there are still spots on my carpet that I know to be coffee drips - these should be able to be removed. I will work on them, but...

It does not leave a residue. Is safe for pets and children. Dries in 6 hours

Dave Thomas, the technician who completed our carpet cleaning is outstanding! He has excellent customer service skills and he is very knowledgable about your product and services. Our carpets came out great! I would recommend zerorez on his representations of your company alone. Give him a raise!!

the tile cleaning left a residue on the tile, so I had the wet mop it afterwards.

I have been calling and speaking with supervisors since the service was provided about the fact that I contracted to have master bedroom + closet done for a client. Tech "upsold" client on my charge card, without authorizing additional work with me - still awaiting resolution, credit for unauthorized additional work!
