The price was different from what I was told on the phone. I paid over $220. for less tan 30 minutes of work, including the 15 minutes of waiting after spraying something over the tile floor. The work was fine but he price was outrageous.
We have used Zerorez three times in recent years and appreciate the service very much.
The technician who serviced our home this time, Gregg Courtney, was very courteous and did a nice job. However our carpet was left very wet, more so on previous visits. We had to leave furniture off overnight to be sure the areas were completely dry and in one part of hallway, I had to put on a fan. We did mention this twice to the technician so we guess he did what he thought was best, but it seemed unusually wet to us. thank you
Service was excellent. Technician did a thorough job explaining why carpet was the way it was and made some suggestions going forward after the cleaning.
The personal and friendly approach of your service person, his care for the answer to your carpet needs and the healthy system that is used to clean with, leaving the house clean and feeling fresh and healthy! Love this service!
My carpet has never looked cleaner
Our 25 year old carpets looks great! The technician was very knowledgeable and courteousness. I will be have our bathroom tiles cleaned before Christmas.

For advertising zero residue, my carpets don't feel like they are clean. They feel like there's something in them. The associate first sprayed something that he referred to as something made with orange zest, and I can feel something on my feet now on the carpet as I walk barefoot. What is in that solution, and how do I get rid of it?

Your technicians do not aggressively try & up-sale me for more services than what I asked for when I scheduled the initial appointment. The technician did provide very useful information concerning future carpet maintenance that I can do on my own & what possible things might need to be done in the future by Zerorez. Since my carpet is relatively new, this is important to know. This allows for me to plan for & budget for future carpet treatments.

The technician was promptly on time, explained all my option and their cost. He did an excellent job getting some really tough stains out!!! He was clean and courteous!!!!
Tech's are courteous. Your products leave a clean smell not a perfume or soapy smell.
I know the carpets recently cleaned were extremely stained and worn, however, I was hoping for a little better result and the carpet stayed wet until the following day. I don't think they withdrew the water out enough.
Louis was on time, very polite and did a very thorough job explaining the process and cleaning my rugs. Excellent service and results. I highly recommend them.

I was looking forward to having zerorez clean my carpets. Terrance was very polite and professional so I give him a high mark, but I was very disappointed with the results of my carpets. They feel very coarse and crunch when I walk in them, as if the fibers have been stripped. It's as if there is a residue on them still. Although my carpets were needing a cleaning, I would have rathered that, than the damaged carpet I have now after they have been cleaned. On top of the feel of the carpet, hardly any of the stains came out. I also recieved 100 sq ft if tile cleaning, which left a film on the tile and the remaining tile that was not clean was left dirty. I guess from the hoses and the dripping. I would like someone to contact me about this to see if there is a resolution.

Wonderful service
Point out that areas may not be spot free...after looking at the livingroom carpet, found that 60 to 75% of spots were still there...just a few shades lighter.
