Fast and professional; made my old worn out carpet look good again.
I have used Zero Rez for quite a while now. Trevor was my technician and he was the greatest. I will request him every time.
Your Representative did great work
I did not receive an invoice until the technician, Justin, left. Upon the inbox email, there was confusion when he charged me for cleaning. Our conversation before he began the cleaning process led me to believe I would not be charged for cleaning among ANY of the areas if I upgraded to the Microseal, which is what I did.
The day after the cleaning schedule zerorez called me, I much appreciated that, and I raised the question of the invoice charges. The operator told me she would reach out to Justin and get back to me. Nobody called so a week later I called back in. To this day, the invoice does not match what Justin verbally told me. His work was great with the area he treated, we do not mind paying for quality work. It was the misleading conversation prior to Justin's work, not seeing the invoice till after he left, not receiving the promised call back/follow up from the operator after the completion of cleaning.
We have used Zerorez for years. Their service is wonderful. They do what they claim they can/will do. The technicians are professional and conscientious. We have recommended this service to many of our friends.

The very spots I wanted removed were not removed. Only the 2 I mentioned when the technician first arrived was fully cleaned and all the other little spots and 2 of the big ones were hardly less than before the carpets were cleaned. Just expected the technician to see and clean the openly obvious spots and he did not. So, the very reason I called to have carpets cleaned was about 1/3 taken care of - now I will have to call another company to come do the job right! Not happy with the results.
On positive note, the your man who came out was very nice and professional. Just wish he would have taken the time to remove 4 obvious spots left.

Better than other companies I've used
I like that it is fast and that I do not see the dirty water coming out. That it pulls all the dirt up and out into your truck and taken away.

Really gets the carpets clean
So far it seems to have a done a good job in cleaning most of our heavily soiled areas.
The person who cleaned my carpet was super nice and helpful but I still have a lot of spots on the high traffic area they are just ground in dirt I have gotten up with peroxide do baking soda just disappointed that theu.did not come.up with the Carpet cleaning now I paid alot of money to get the carpets cleaned and now.I have to go get the ground.in dirt that shod have come up.with the carpet cleaning also in the high traffic areas carpet is still really matted down just not happy with out come .
