I am certain you all hear this again and again "it absolutely looks gorgeous" after the cleaning process was completed! This was my first time to use your company after I have heard many commercials on the radio and also one or two friends who have used your services in the past. JL Wallace was a super star-technician who came near end of day and saw the process through with as much energy as he probably had at the beginning of his busy day! My carpet needed some special service and JL took care of it! I was concerned about price/ no need to worry, very fair & reasonable prices!

Clean up after yourselves when you are done. There was debris in front of every single vent. Zerorez isn't the best name .
The workers knocked a picture off the wall breaking the frame and the glass -- then just put it back on the wall instead of saying something. we also had a stain on our bedroom carpet that I am certain was from your equipment.
when I called to have those matters taken care of, the young lady I spoke with was very condescending and made me feel like I was wrong to say anything.
I have cancelled the appointment -- I just don't wish to be treated badly as a result of someone else's mistakes.
