I like technicians who do not try to upsell.
Your telephone staff does not ask enough questions and enters data incorrectly. When tech came out the amt. pd. Was much more than estimate.

The technician did an amazing job of making the carpet look brand new. It is old carpet that was way past its life. They communicated prior to starting to understand what my expectations were for the results so that they could be sure to meet or exceed them. The technician, Eric, went out of his way to put notes on the invoice to assist me getting my deposit back from my landlord. You definitely get what you pay for. The results and service were fantastic! Please call and ask for Eric!

Your technician, Erick, picked up our rugs for cleaning and explained the entire process. He is clearly very enthusiastic about his job, takes pride in his work, and knows what he's doing. If our rugs come back looking as clean as our carpets now do come I will be extremely pleased, and would be happy to recommend Zerotez to my family and friends.
The pet treatment does not work, so we wasted $150 on it. The areas without pet stains are great.
