Some kind of spray was used and the worker did not know what it was. I expected only water.
I had to wash all my hard floors when he left as they were wet and dirty from tracking in and
from wet dirty hoses. The carpet is still damp in many areas.
I like that they give you an appt. time and they stick to it. The carpet looks and feels so fresh after it is cleaned.
Seth is a very affable young man. He did his job in a very timely manner. I did not like the constant selling of products and services! I am in sales and don't like the sales tactics. He was very pleasant just too sales.

We thought you would get a few stains out of carpet but it dried and they are still there.
Having the tech be careful not to let copper nozzle/hose fall and chip tile and not pull the hose around corners to scrape paint off the wall.
I like that your quality control technician was very upfront and helpful in helping me resolve a problem for a client. I refer all my clients to you and did not like hearing that they were not happy.
Great staff - especially this time, the worker kept me in the loop all day while I was at work. He texted pictures and communicated about my needs, what he had done, and also went back and made adjustments based on my feedback. I am so grateful to him for that level of communication. It is hard to train that!
