The technician was very polite and did and excellent job.
Very good job of cleaning the carpet. I just have an issue of filling out a request for service online and then someone calls on the phone to set an appointment. That makes me feel like I wasted my time filling out the online form. I would just appreciate a call confirming my request.
Lack of chemicals.
The technician was there when you said he would be. Like the fact there are no harmful chemicals involved.
Once Josh had finished cleaning our carpet it truly looked amazing. We have used quite a few different carpet cleaning companies and ZeroRez is the best we have found.
Employee was helpful, friendly and patient. He thourougjly explained the process and showed me results.

The technician was friendly and professional
You advertise $33 per room and then it’s all about add on sales once you’re in. I work from home and the technician was constantly interrupting me trying to sell another service. He also wanted me to understand he was a supervisor and only he could make these deals not the other technician. The carpet was damp for over 24 hours even with fans running.
We like the no soap, and the other options you provide...rooms, discounts
(ESPN, RJ Choppy), convenience and the excellent shape our carpets are in after you visit us.
Lastly, we have also been very pleased with your service technicians.
I have already recommended, just recently.

The carpet looks very clean. The only thing I didn't like is it took over 24 hours to completely dry. Also, over time I'll be able to tell if any residue was left behind, which attracts dirt.
The fact that you don't use chemicals.
I know that there is a drying time after the cleaners are finished. However, my carpets were soaking wet and took several towels and fans to finally get it dry over 12 hours later. I've used Zerorez in the past and have never had my carpets left so extremely wet!
My carpet came out really clean and the gentleman who came out to clean it was very nice.

Clean process, nice service personnel and quality
I've used zerorez many times, but was a little disappointed this time. As nice and courteous as my technician was - he didn't clean the carpet under my bed. I'd moved all my storage boxes onto the top of my bed, yet he didn't clean there and it's a tall bed - not hard to clean under at all!
I was also upset with your scheduler. I have a new sofa and wanted the three cushions on top cleaned - she quoted over $100 for that. So I need to go back to Stanley. I don't think sweeping the cleaner over three cushions should be that expensive.
I responded to a Zerorez advertisement to pre-treat, clean and sanitize 4 rooms for only $99 dollars. The first thing the technician did after inspecting the area to be cleaned was to state that he would return to his truck and prepare an estimate for the job. He returned to me with an estimate of over $400 dollars. Eventually the price came down to approximately $330 dollars. Classic "BAIT-AND-SWITCH"
I'm sorry that I allowed him to perform the work! I will never do business with you again and I will never recommend your service to anyone!
The first visit was mostly ineffective - the guy was very nice, polite, seemd efficient and helpful but after it dried all the dirt and spots still seemed to be there. I called it in and Customer service was prompt and responsive - great marks - the 2nd person was also very nice and informed. He went around to the soiled/spotted areas and sprayed something then raked it again. It looks like it mostly worked. I'll probably have to wait until the areas are walked on again for a bit to see if the spots come back. Bottom line - you have done everything you can.
I arrived at about 08:00 the morning after the cleaning and all of the carpet was still wet. I immediately called Ron to get fans out to the location ASAP. I poured a quarter size spot of clear cool water onto carpet in front of receptionist desk and with a white cloth blotted up dirt. The carpet was not cleaned well in the high traffic areas. This is the second time Zerorez has been to this location for the same issue. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING OF THIS BRANCH!!!!
Your products and service tech. are very good. The willingness to come back if customer feels like a spot or so was missed.
