The process of showing up on time-or showing up at all-without active customer monitoring was really bad!

Be on time and don't leave carpets so wet they are still wet the next day. But the cleaner was very nice and did well with spots.
It does what you say it will do
Pet smell returned. Quality Control came but nothing could be done. No refund so guess work was not guaranteed. Did not understand that.

This is the first time we have used Zerorez. Very professional. Our carpets look great and smell fresh. The associate who cleaned them was friendly, took time to be sure he understood exactly what we wanted, and did a great job. We definitely plan to use them again & recommend them to family & friends.

My guy was great. He was early in the time "window" and was very nice! When I call back for next cleaning I would be happy to have same man.
