My carpet still have dark spots on it and the tile area that was done, had water all over it and I had to wipe it up myself. I have had you clean my floors for many years. I was still not happy about the service. I know your company is better than that.
You are the only company I will sue for me carpets. Used Zerorez at my home and now using you in the apartment I rent. Carpet is cleaner, stays cleaner longer and Zerorez gets out stains better than any other carpet cleaners I have used over 50 plus years.

The tech was very professional and courteous. However, the only complaint I have on my last two cleanings by Zerorez is that the technicians do a room in 5 minutes. It seems very rushed and quick. I had one technician about 2 years ago that took his time and did a very thorough job in every room. I was very impressed with the time he took to really go over every inch of the carpet. He was excellent. I wish they all went slow and did it thoroughly instead of rushing to get done.
The 2 major stains I was concerned about are still very apparent. I paid way too much money for what I got.
The person that came to clean the carpet was great. Very friendly, very professional... cheerfully answered all of my questions-and there were many! I could tell that he really cared about doing his job well. I was very surprised that our carpet took about 30 hours to dry, but the humidity was up and the a/c didn't speed things up any. So FYI... it's a good idea to clean the carpet at least a few days before company arrives! Now that it's good and dry, it smells good and it's fluffy. Totally worth the money and we will definitely use your services again. On a low-humidity day. :o)
Did a good job of cleaning, but the carpeted steps were way too wet.

The workers left a big mess for me to have to clean up. The cleaning service had been to the house the day before and after the carpet crew left I had to reclean all the floors.
Pet spot solution left behind larger more diluted spots.

The products are pet and human-safe and are free of harmful chemicals and toxins. The carpets dry quickly and stay clean for a long time. In addition, the service is excellent! From making the appointment to dealing with the Zerorez technician, it was pleasant and convenient.
The WHOLE process from setting up the appointment to the finished project. You have it pinned just right. do NOT change a thing (except teaching my Golden not to throw-up on the carpet within in 24 hours of having it cleaned.
