Dry little water residue
1st of all, Paul was a great technician. He treated the carpet and explained that traffic patterns may not come clean (and I get that) however there were some places ( once dried) look like a rust stain that was not there before. What can be done about those spots. The rest of the carpets look good.
The young man was very courteous and shared good information regarding carpet care. Provided good work in timely manner.
The carpets looked fine, but the process left some sort of residue on our tile floor. We were able to get it off after mopping and hand drying with a towel. Not sure if this is normal...
Excellent results; excellent service
cost is a little high, over $600.00 for less than 3 hours.
The gentleman who came, (Eric Gurreo) was very patient explaining the products to me and was extremely quick and thorough. My puppy really liked him too ;)

Our technician was excellent and worked so hard cleaning our carpet and especially getting out some difficult stains. The carpet looked fantastic when he finished and dried in a very reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with our experience with Zerorez.

Fabian arrived on time and went right to work. He told me exactly what he was going to do and wasted no time. Fabian knows what he is doing. He is courteous and professional. He represents ZEROREZ very well. He was able to get out spots and stains that I thought would be too difficult to get rid of. He explained how the system works and why the high pressure vacuum pulls the water and the dirt away from the carpet fibers before they can work their way into the fibers any deeper. Our carpet is cleaner now than it was after last year's cleaning.

We have always been pleased with the service received. The carpets seem to stay clean longer and the treated pet stains don't come back.
The effectiveness of cleaning. Getting really old spots out of the carpet making the carpet appear almost new again.
The tech was very professional and did a good job. But the area that was treated for the pets stains was very expensive and I was assured that the treatment had taken care of the problem. Now the very light colored carpet has dark brown streaks in the entire area where it was treated. That is the first thing you see when you enter the room. I called on Friday morning to express my concern and your technician can not come to access the damage till Tuesday of next week. I have company company for the Holidays and do not know why there is not a quicker response on handling this issue. I was basically charged $225 for this specialized treatment and at this point my carpet is ruined.
