Clean process, nice service personnel and quality

I've used zerorez many times, but was a little disappointed this time. As nice and courteous as my technician was - he didn't clean the carpet under my bed. I'd moved all my storage boxes onto the top of my bed, yet he didn't clean there and it's a tall bed - not hard to clean under at all!
I was also upset with your scheduler. I have a new sofa and wanted the three cushions on top cleaned - she quoted over $100 for that. So I need to go back to Stanley. I don't think sweeping the cleaner over three cushions should be that expensive.

I responded to a Zerorez advertisement to pre-treat, clean and sanitize 4 rooms for only $99 dollars. The first thing the technician did after inspecting the area to be cleaned was to state that he would return to his truck and prepare an estimate for the job. He returned to me with an estimate of over $400 dollars. Eventually the price came down to approximately $330 dollars. Classic "BAIT-AND-SWITCH"
I'm sorry that I allowed him to perform the work! I will never do business with you again and I will never recommend your service to anyone!

The first visit was mostly ineffective - the guy was very nice, polite, seemd efficient and helpful but after it dried all the dirt and spots still seemed to be there. I called it in and Customer service was prompt and responsive - great marks - the 2nd person was also very nice and informed. He went around to the soiled/spotted areas and sprayed something then raked it again. It looks like it mostly worked. I'll probably have to wait until the areas are walked on again for a bit to see if the spots come back. Bottom line - you have done everything you can.

I arrived at about 08:00 the morning after the cleaning and all of the carpet was still wet. I immediately called Ron to get fans out to the location ASAP. I poured a quarter size spot of clear cool water onto carpet in front of receptionist desk and with a white cloth blotted up dirt. The carpet was not cleaned well in the high traffic areas. This is the second time Zerorez has been to this location for the same issue. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING OF THIS BRANCH!!!!

Our technician Jay did a great job going over all options and was very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. We would highly recommend Zerorez and Jay any time.

Living room, den, and 3 bedroom carpets are clean and was done so without chemicals. The pile of our Berber carpet looks restored to "like new"! Friendly, knowledgeable technique (Dauril B.). So happy with the results and will definitely use Zero Rez again in the future and will recommend to friends/family/business associate.

We recently bought a house that had multiple stains in the light colored carpet. Ken, the technician, was very pleased to showed us that not only that the stains came out but also residual soap and probably chemicals from previous cleanings. He explained the process and answered all our questions very professionally. You are lucky to have him representing your company.

That they are as "natural" as can be to do the job that is required. Jay was thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and how he was doing it. I was astounded by the blacklight and what it showed me about my carpet - what an eyeopener!

Tyler did an awesome job at our house. The rooms smell fresh; carpets dried completely overnight after a late-afternoon cleaning. No sticky feel to the carpet afterwards.

It appears there was no pre-spot treatment of some dirty spots on the carpet. I have always used a product called Resolve to treat light spots on the carpet and I was able to do that and remove the spots AFTER your treatment. The carpets were really really soaked after your treatment. Some rooms of the house took 24 hours to dry and that is with ceiling fans and other fans on and windows opened.

Carpet looks great, all stains are gone. Technician was very efficient and polite.

Carpet is fresh. No chemical smell

We have been Zerorez customers for a number of years in California. So we are very familiar with your product and services. Since we moved to Texas in 2013, we have continued to use your services. I like the cleaning products and the method used for cleaning. The fact that there's no soapy residue left in the carpet after cleaning is also a plus. There's also very little water left in the carpet, so it dries pretty quickly.

This time, we were especially impressed with the technician, Roderick Hynson. He is extremely friendly, polite, and professional. He did an awesome job of cleaning our carpet and kitchen tile. He is a seasoned skilled professional and His work is impeccable. He's tidy and left nothing behind except thoroughly cleaned carpet and tile. We are extremely satisfied with the services he provided.

Because of the great services provided by Mr. Hynson, we will definitely continue to use Zerorez in the future.

Worker did A great job, courteous and thoughtful, only negative was, my wife was told there'd be A $75 charge for dog urine treatment, you need to be clear in uour sales department that it's per spot, we had 14 spots, this smacks of swich and bait tactics, I don't blame the worker, I blame your upper management, this is the only complaint, but A serious one, regards, Ed Feeler.

Technician was very nice and courteous. He did a very satisfying job.
