Very good service. Carpets are clean and remain clean and detergent free. Very nice, experienced technician performed the work.
The are safe for children and pets plus that do a much better job of cleaning than any other products I have used. It is amazing after the technician completed the job. My carpets are 18 years old but look brand new. The fabric is soft and comfortable I also had upholstery done and now the furniture smells and looks so new. I would not use any other company to clean my carpet and upholstery The Technician was very professional but also friendly He was very thorough in his explanation of what he would do. He worked quickly but thoroughly . I love Zerorez and have recommended them to my friends who also have used them I would definitely recommend them again

I think the product is the best--I can get the job done here where I live for free but they use soap & I won't do that!!
The carpets look great, but it's only been 3 days, so only time will tell if any of the spots re-appear. What I am disappointed with is the grout cleaning. The grout is not consistently the same cleanliness-in other words it doesn't match. The entry way tile has, what appears, to be residue.

Your technician was excellent! He explained the services and charges in detail and was very efficient and concerned with making sure that all of the carpet issues I had were addressed. He was very professional and personable along with being very good at the job.

Technician personality
no overpowering perfumes . Technician was very polite and knowledgeable . He gave an excellent presentation of what the company could do for me without being pushy which is the main reason I would use this company again. The only reason company gets a 9 instead of a 10 is that when you call for an estimate and you tell them you will decide after you talk to the cleaning technician what you want to have done , the technician is not empowered to make this decision on his own , he must call in to superviser.So this technician gets a 10. management -1
Substandard job.
Areas of the carpet First name removed't look like they were cleaned (i.e., they look better when I use my rug shampooer than they did after the Zerorez treatment yesterday).
No furniture protectors (plastic sheets or styrofoam blocks) placed under any furniture. And when I called to complain, the technician came back and handed them to me at the front door, so I basically had to do his job for him (and strained my back in the process).
Some sort of liquid stain left on my back porch after the technician left.
No harsh chemicals
The service staff is friendly, professional and helpful. They are courteous when they come to the door. The Technicians explain the process and offer helpful information. Our technician was very thorough; taking care to place the corner protectors on walls and furniture. He showed my just how much hair was cleaned out of our carpets. Thank you for the attention to detail.
