The service was EXCELLENT!! Your workers were prompt and courteous. On time and texts saying you were on your way. Questions were answered and work was done in the time frame that we were told. My carpets have been cleaned before twice from another company here in Dallas. But they didn't look cleaner, and they took a long time to dry. Not here with you guys. The next morning they were dry and ready to start our daily lives again.
Even today, a few days later, we were just commenting on how good our carpets look. We will spread the word!!!

Technician was personable and professional
The products worked I got a carpet thoroughly clean that a previous carpet cleaner service could not get clean. I am thoroughly satisfy I will most definitely recommend your service. The cleaning technician (Ali) was very professional knowledgeable & personable he did an excellent job.
Wasn't there for the actual cleaning, but my husband was very satisfied that the technician did an excellent job.

Generally, we were pleased with the Work Keith did and the outcome. However, I asked for Keith to call me Phone number removed) today, but I haven't heard from him. A couple of yellow/brown spots have emerged that weren't there after the job. and I want to know if this is some sort of chemical reaction from the material being used. So I would like Keith, or whoever, to please respond to me about this.

Very professional attendants who explain each ste;
I've normally been totally satisfied with your carpet cleaning, but this last time I was left with streaks/lines in the nap of my carpet that don't seem to go away upon vacuuming. I asked the rep about this when he was finished and he said they should disappear when the carpet was dry. Not so much. Otherwise, the rep was courteous and prompt.

My carpets are so clean, and you can smell the "clean" when you walk in the house. The tile also looks so good. I will definitely use Zerorez again. Seth was very good and walked me through what he was going to do. I appreciate that. And the pet smells are gone for once!
Carpet not effectively spot cleaned and it took 22 hours for the carpet to be reasonably dry. Also when the problem was reported I was told it would be 6 days before someone would come out to investagate my complaint. The other issue was with billing, I had to call back in the next day to get the invoice I was told would be delivered to my email in 5 minutes.
I like the natural cleaning product and find it to be very effective. I try to avoid using chemicals in all of my household cleaning!
