I was in need of some pretty deep cleaning due to various pet stains. Seth was great and made me feel very comfortable with the process and did a great job with the deep cleaning. I wound up spending more than I initially expected but was very happy with then result. I look forward to using Zerorez more often.

I called with an emergency. A painter was trying to get some paint spots out of my carpet and he used paint thinner. I have asthma and currently have pneumonia. The fumes caused me to have a severe asthma attack. I called zeroes a there was a technician at my house in less than an hour. He was super professional and did a great job of getting rid of the smell. Thank you so much.

I had my carpets cleaned on A Friday morning, left the house on Saturday and when I got back late that afternoon they were still so wet I called CS. No one came out until Monday He took water out and sprayed like they do for a flood. Tuesday evening my carpets were dry! This means I was without over half of my house for 5 days. Also, when I called CS I told her I did not get my 20% off from my coupon and she said she would issue the refund. Never did get the free tile cleaned. I think I should get more than my 20% off coupon. Thank You.
