The carpet looked great after the cleaning. There was no smells or residue. They were able to get most of the stains out of the carpet. The technician was very nice and friendly and did his job extremely well and was professional. I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

The technician was very nice and explained how your system worked. However, most of the stains that he said were removed are still there after the carpet dried. I would like the stains permanently removed, not just invisible when the carpet is wet.
